Headaches

In acute cases, 1 teaspoon of Black Seed Oil can be taken twice or a total of 6 capsules daily, but not for more than 3 weeks.

The temples can be rubbed with Black Seed Oil. This promotes detoxification and better circulation through the essential active ingredients.

Time Tested European Recipes

Mix ground Black Seeds (Nigella Sativa Seeds) with Rose Vinegar or Apple Cider Vinegar into a paste and apply to the forehead and temples.

In place of Rose Vinegar, Rose Honey can be used.

The effect is said to be stronger when “Blue-Lily Oil” (Iris Versicolor) is added.

For headaches caused by the cold, rubbing the ground black seeds or the oil into the nose is helpful.

Oriental Spice Powder

Mix 50 grams each of ground Back Seeds (Nigella Sativa)

Ground Anise Seeds

Clove Powder

With each other and store in a jar in a cool place. Take 1 teaspoon without liquids twice daily, before breakfast and lunch; soak it with saliva in the mouth until it can be swallowed.

Also helps against toothaches and inflammation of the gums
