As a Tea: Boswellia Sacra Essential Oil can be taken internally by adding 1 drop to hot water. This helps to reduce inflammation and the spread of diseases in the body. It has been used to advance our DNA. - the family at oh so halal love to drink a nice warm mug of Frankincense tea for a restful night sleep :)
Massage: Add 2-3 drops of Sacra Essential Oil to 5 tablespoons of carrier oil - the family at oh so halal love using Black Seed Oil as our carrier oil :)
Vaporisation: Add 1-2 drops of Sacra Essential Oil to a burner or an aroma diffuser.
Creams & Lotions: Add 2-3 drops to your organic face cream and mix in. - we at oh so halal love to add a few drops of Boswellia Sacra Essential Oil to A bottle of Sweet Almond Oil. It does wonders for fine lines and wrinkles :)

Frankincense (‘Lubaan’ in Arabic) is an aromatic resin produced by a certain genus of trees grown mainly in Yemen, Somalia, and Oman, and is traditionally used in perfumes, incense and as a medicine. The resin is tapped and allowed to harden. It is most commonly very light yellow in colour and is discussed as one of the medicines used in the treatment of forgetfulness in the book ‘Healing with the Medicine of the Prophet by Ibn Qayyim al Jawziyyah’
