Black Seed Oil for Intestinal Ailments

Heartburn, feeling overly full, vomiting, diarrhea, and constipation are usually the result of a bad diet, harmful fungi in the intestines, or severe psychological strain. They can also be symptoms of a more serious condition.

The active ingredients contained in Black Seed (Nigella Sativa) Seeds balance the intestinal tract thus resolve intestinal discomfort. Take 1 capsule or 20-25 drops of Black Seed Oil 3 times a day. If problems recur frequently, continue the treatment for at least 3 weeks.

Eastern medicine recommends the ingestion of lukewarm Black Seed Milk for acute intestinal ailments. The milk also has a soothing effect on the damaged mucous membrane of the stomach.

Black Seed Milk

240 ml milk

2 tablespoons of Black Seed Oil

1 tablespoon of honey

Slowly heat the milk over medium heat. Remove from the stove and add the Black Seed Oil. Stir in the honey, combining all ingredients thoroughly.

Take 1 tablespoon, 3 times a day before meals.
