Black Seed (Nigella Sativa) and How to Use It.
A Sunnah Remedy
Do you know that looking after ourselves is so important….our bodies are an Amaanah (a trust), & we should look after them the best possible way. Alhamdulillah Islam is so beautiful that for every problem there is a solution & for every disease there is a cure:
Our beloved Prophet said: “For every disease there is a remedy and when the remedy is made apparent, and then the disease is cured by the permission of Allah Almighty”. [Muslim]
He also said: “He, who has put diseases on the earth, has also put its remedy there”....

Pita bread topped with cheese and ground black seeds and toasted under the grill. Too easy, and the kids can even make this themselves when I'm in a lazy mood and havn't prepared lunch in time. "Don't judge me, it's haram!" ;P
Any who, here is a very quick step by...
Asthma & The Black Seed
Opening up the airways and loosening asthma's grip with Black Seed Oil
Asthma leaves some 15 million people gasping for breath. For some, it is an annoyance that acts up once in a while. Although the tendency to develop asthma can be genetic, both environmental and dietary factors are major causes for the increase. For example, the incidence of asthma, especially in children, is much greater in...

This study shows that Black Seed is superior to other medicines in many regards: Black Seed proved to be more effective than chemotherapy and radiation treatments-and without their serious side effects.
