The prices displayed on this Site are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and are valid and effective only within Australia, and such prices do not include shipping and handling or GST, if applicable, which will be added to your total invoice price. You are responsible for the payment of any shipping and handling charges and state and local sales or use taxes that may apply to your order. International shipment rates vary based on total package weight and final destination. All pricing does not include duties, insurance costs, tariffs, or value-added taxes. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed for them by the local Customs office.
Orders within Australia
All orders within Australia will be dispatched using Australia Post. Upon checkout you will be shown the shipping cost for your order. Australia Post calculates shipping based on item weight, size and destination. Upon checkout our website interfaces with Australia Post to calculate the shipping costs. All parcels will have an article id that can be used to track the delivery.
If a product becomes out of stock prior to packing your order you will be notified by email to determine if you wish to have the remainder of the order dispatched or have you order altered.
OSH will not be held responsible for items once they have been accepted by Australia Post.
OSH generally dispatch you order within 2 business days.
Orders from within Australia are shipped via Australia Post by Receipted Delivery but our contractor may be changed at our discretion (Australia Post in our experience are, largely, very reliable and our customers experience few problems)
There are many places to which Australia Post has conditional delivery. If you are not available to sign on delivery, or other Australia Post conditions apply, your order will be delivered to an Australia Post outlet for your collection.
Australia Post is contracted with us to advise you when and where parcels are available for collection. This is usually in the form of a card in your mailbox.
We ship every order with a tracking number using Australia Post. Delivery commitments are 1-10 days if shipping within Australia.
International customers need to be aware and must check with their local customs services and local laws to ensure that there are no special requirements or any restrictions on importing health products into their country or state before ordering. Oh So Halal will not accept any liability or make compensation payments for loss, damage, delayed delivery or parcels halted by customs for containing any prohibited items.
Shipping for international orders will be calculated after the checkout process has been completed. Customers will be notified of the shipping charge and the invoice will be altered to reflect international shipping for the order.
Lost or Damaged Items in Transit
If an order is lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement order until reasonable tracking attempts have been made. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion. Once your order leaves our warehouse we have no control over it.

Please select carefully! - We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong choice, because we have to destroy all the products returned to us.
Due to health regulations, all our products are food and cosmetics and are non-refundable unless the packaging or contents are faulty (broken bottle or jars, or broken or damage parcel).
Conditions of return, if applicable: The return of goods must be authorized prior to any return or exchange.
If reason for return of goods is due to being damaged or faulty, they must be returned with our original packaging for evidence, plus your complaint form to Australian Post if the parcel was damaged at delivery or pick up.
The return must be within 7 working days of delivery of the goods.
Returned items will not be credited where poor packaging by the customer results in faulty goods being broken or damaged in return transit.
Only faulty items will be credited or exchanged.
